Guided by her Visual Philosophy she blends the female form and the ocean into her unique work of art. Ayla was drawn into the NFT space by the end of 2020 and reached an all-time high in January 2022, selling her piece \u2018Allegorical Figure of Day &amp; Night\u2019 for 12 ETH.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls loop src=\"https:\/\/transient-labs.infura-ipfs.io\/ipfs\/QmRgaJ3HV8wt6yFEBTpJAJfv4B2dKLfYnHNa5BfNPj4bmW\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Allegorical Figure of Day &amp; Night, created by Ayla El-Moussa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Could you tell us about your story and how you got introduced to the NFT space?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I have been creating moving art since early 2016 and as my work progressed, I began looking for screens that would display my art. In 2018 I read about the fractionalizing of a JPG rose on the blockchain and that sparked my interest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My style was developed now and my moving art was something I knew I would be known for so I just kept creating works and looking for ways to display it. Towards the end of 2020 I began reading about OpenSea and ETH but didn\u2019t fully understand exactly how it would work\u2026.2021 happened\u2026and the rest is history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What inspired you to start creating NFTs?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It was something I had been searching for since 2018...I always had a feeling my work would end up somewhere in the digital space \u201cofficially\u201d and it would be how I would be recognized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What was the first NFT you created?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bodyscape I \u2013 which was part of my triptych genesis collection on Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls loop src=\"https:\/\/ipfs.io\/ipfs\/QmYzk7HaubkWBJsPX5o5vZWBN1ZmYBdT7uktCWhweV88qu\/nft.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Bodyscape I, created by Ayla-El Moussa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Which tools do you use to create?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Camera (with self-timer), tripod, DJI drone, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What are your biggest influences or sources of inspiration?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nature is probably my biggest source and muse. Music is another vital part in my creating processes and then art history and the stories \/ archetypes we continually talk about and reinvent in new ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What has been the most rewarding part of being involved in the NFT space?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Two things I would say\u2026one is seeing the years of hard work finally paying off and building an incredible community with likeminded artists, collectors and builders. This is truly a very special time in history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What advice would you give to someone starting out as a creator within the NFT space?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Take your time\u2026observe, ask questions and get yourself climatized. Don\u2019t rush because this is forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What do you think are the biggest opportunities within the NFT space in the coming 5 years? Culturally, artistically and financially?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I think truly this is one of those moments in history where you will truly be able to build and create the world you wish to live in \u2013 and take full control over what you desire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>As a creator, is there something that you feel is missing in the current NFT space?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I would say slightly better curation \u2013 not even within platforms but more those filtering out the nonsense from the art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s the best piece of advice you have been given?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>No one can tell your story better than you...
